Dynamic Focusing

The Universe is abundant and wants you to receive everything that you desire. Experiencing abundance in all areas of life is a choice many of us aren't aware we can make. Whether conscious or not, we create our reality based on our thoughts, so why not choose to focus your energy on that which you desire? Start by getting specific about what you desire and make sure that it is in alignment with your values in that area of your life.

The following is a simple, yet effective, exercise that can assist you in this continual focusing that is required to draw to you that which you want. I suggest using this three times per day: in the morning upon awakening and in the evening before bedtime are the most beneficial times of the day (considering that you are already in a natural state of hypnosis), and choose a third time that is convenient to your schedule. Use this three-minute exercise daily and choose to be the designer of your life, today!

Dynamic Focusing Exercise

Use self-hypnosis to put yourself in a light state to enhance the involvement of your subconscious mind, or just find a comfortable place, close your eyes, take a deep breath and relax.

Bring to mind what it is you desire. (See it or sense it with as many of your senses as you can.) Start by saying, "I choose having..."

Bring to mind your present reality. What is going on right now? (See it or sense it with as many of your senses as you can.)

Bring up two movie screens in your mind's eye. On the right screen, run the movie of what you desire and on the left screen, run the movie of your present reality.

Notice the differences and the discrepancies between the two movies.

Notice the left screen blurring and sliding into the right screen. Feel the pull, the urge to move to the right screen. And notice what you want getting bigger, brighter and more alive.

Relax your focus.

Once again, bring up the two movies. Run what you desire on the right screen and your present reality on the left screen.

Notice the differences and the discrepancies between the two movies.

Notice the left screen blurring and sliding into the right screen. Feel the pull, the urge to move to the right screen. And notice what you want getting bigger, brighter and more alive.

Relax your focus.

For a third time, run what you desire on the right screen and your present reality on the left screen.

Notice the left screen blurring and sliding into the right screen. Feel the pull, the urge to move to the right screen. And notice what you want getting bigger, brighter and more alive.

Relax your focus. Count yourself out: 1-2-3-4-5. "Eyes open, wide awake."
